By providing personal information to us or by using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this Privacy Policy.

USE BY MINORS PROHIBITED

ANONYMOUS TRANSACTIONS
Our policy is to allow adult-use customers to complete a transaction anonymously. If you don’t want to provide your information via our Sites, please visit an Ascend dispensary location for assistance with processing your transaction anonymously.
Please note anonymous transactions will not be eligible to accrue Ascender’s Club points. We will not reprint receipts for transactions processed anonymously in the event of a product return or request for credit. Our Return Policy requires a receipt for all product returns and credits for damaged or defective products.
